Econext’s Community Workplace Development (CWD) initiative at the Marine Institute’s The Launch facility in Holyrood, NL required the deployment of technologies from 11 different companies. Coordinating these demonstrations involved managing diverse logistical needs, aligning schedules, and overseeing budgets within a shared testing environment. The initiative called for careful planning and execution to ensure each company’s technology was successfully integrated while maximizing overall project efficiency.

The approach focused on organizing and streamlining deployments, ensuring each company’s technology was integrated efficiently while identifying opportunities for collaboration. Initial consultations with participating companies helped familiarize them with The Launch’s capabilities and assess their unique technical and logistical needs.
